Last month Mrs. King's social studies classes conducted a ✋🏽hands-on lesson✋🏽incorporating archaeology & cookies🍪🍪🍪!! This important lesson gave them skills to be successful in their 🔮future endeavors🔮 in Mrs. King's classroom this school🏫year. Way to go, Red😈Devils!!

BMS😈 celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month by creating an Ofrenda, aka Remembrance Table. Students made paper flowers💐, decorated photo frames of their loved ones🖤, set up the Ofrenda, & shared stories📚 and poems about how much their loved ones mean to them!! 😍🥰🤩
Thank you to the 🔥BMS PTO🔥 for graciously purchasing bracelets designed by Ms. Mobley for Bullying Prevention Week!! Students & staff members are flaunting them around campus today & making a stand against bullying. Go, Red😈Devils!!!
Mrs. Shiver's 8th grade math class worked on Scale Design Projects in the library this week!! Students worked using 🤹🏽♂️skills learned in math class to 🦋design & create🦋 their ✨dream room✨ on computers!! Way to go, Red😈Devils!!

Today at BMS, we conducted a soccer interest meeting with students. Each student was given a Gfeller/Waller Concussion form and a student and parent consent to participate form. Some students (without physicals on file) were given physical forms as well. These forms are to be filled out completely and returned to the athletic department prior to tryouts. Tryouts are Oct 24 and 25 from 3:00-4:30.
