Yesterday, TMS 5th and 6th graders enjoyed a special visit from Living Rhythms, an Arts-In-Education program. Students enjoyed music and dances of West Africa. Living Rhythms shared what they've learned during their studies in Africa.

Last week, 6th graders studied Ancient Feudal Japan. Students on both 6th grade teams created life size Samurai in small groups. They enjoyed working together to create unique Samurai.

Congratulations to the students that participated in Special Olympics on Friday! Students walked, ran, participated in the softball throw, and showed off thier speed in the wheelchair races. TMS had several students win medals and awards! TMS is proud of you all!
