Families, please be aware that afternoon bus routes may be delayed today due to several non-school related traffic accidents in the Highway 17 area. Some cleanup efforts are still ongoing, which may impact transportation this afternoon.
Our transportation team is monitoring the situation and will work to get students home safely and as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Congratulations to Cecelia Hunt, Paige Els, and Elisabeth Farrell (not pictured) for wining 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in the Coastal Pender Rotary essay contest. Their essays explaining the importance of the 4-way test in Rotary were intuitive and insightful. Great job!
Join us Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Topsail High Auditorium for the Spring Concert! Our bands have been working hard and are excited to share a fun evening of music featuring pirates, dinosaurs, veterans, the 250th birthday of the U.S., hurricane hunters, jazz cats, bucket drumming, medieval knights, sea songs, Celtic tunes, and favorites from Star Wars and Mission Impossible, ending with a burst of fireworks.

The Playoffs are set! TMS Volleyball will play SCMS in the semi-finals on Tuesday, May 5 at 5:00pm. All games will be at Heidi Trask High School.

**TMS ATHLETICS** - Today's TMS Baseball game and practice has been cancelled. Volleyball game is still on.
Proud to spotlight local partnership and student service in action. Carol Sue Farms generously donated strawberries that our Culinary Arts students (led by Mrs. Schlegel) used to create strawberry shortcakes—an excellent hands-on learning experience. Meanwhile, our TMS sewing group, Threads for Kindness, designed and donated baby blankets and toiletry bags to Safe Haven Home & Thrift, demonstrating student-led community impact.
From page 1 to state finals — our Battle of the Books team finished 4th in the state! 🏆 Reading all 20 books shows true dedication, teamwork, and heart. We’re so proud of every student who pushed through and represented our school.
We want to celebrate Mrs. Hardison in a re-do as January PCS BT of the Month! Mrs. Hardison, you are so special and such an impactful educator for your students! We look forward to seeing all the things you will accomplish. Thank you for all you do for TMS. 🌟
