Sophomore Class Ring Meeting: Sophomores met last week to receive information about ordering class rings. If your student did not receive the information packet, have them stop by the front office to pick one up. Herff Jones will be at school February 8th to take orders.
RARE COMPANY - Pender High School has earned Level 3 status in the National Federation of State High School Association School Honor Roll program. PHS is just the 3rd school in the nation to earn all three levels of the Honor Roll Program. https://bit.ly/3JbvPjB
From 5-7 pm on February 3rd, parents and rising 9th graders are invited to the PHS’s gym to see what core and elective classes, clubs, organizations, and athletic programs are being offered next year. They can also meet staff and register for their elective courses for 22-23.

Freshman Orientation will be held Thursday February 3, 2022 for current 8th graders at PLE, WPM, and BMS. Students will visit PHS between 9:30-11:30 AM. They will tour the school, visit elective classrooms, and receive registration information.
Seniors: Graduation is May 26th at 9:00 AM. If you have not ordered your cap and gown for graduation, you need to order it asap. You can order them online at www.hjcarolina.com or you may call 1.910.465.4174. Cap and gown delivery is scheduled for March 14th.
Prom season is upon us and our community supports Pender High School. Prom Glitz will take place Saturday, Feb. 5th from 10am-1pm at First Baptist Church of Wallace. This event is FREE to all girls at Pender High School who may need dresses, shoes, or bags.

Due to COVID-19 issues, the Pender HS varsity girls basketball game vs. Laney scheduled for tonight has been canceled. Pender Varsity Boys will play at Laney 6 pm as scheduled. No JV games tonight. PHS plans to resume varsity girls basketball activities as soon as possible.
