Pender High School

Corcoran is a proud graduate of Pender High, holding a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Wake Forest and a Master's in the same field from Appalachian State. He is excited to help build a dynamic new program here, teaching Python & Adobe.

Mr. Williams, an NC native since the age of 4, has joined the PHS community as a Math teacher. After moving on from a career as a Computer Engineer, he ventured into teaching High School Mathematics and Computer Science, an ongoing 7 year journey.

Harrell spent 16 years counseling at the elementary school level, and enjoys supporting students to build their character and plan their futures. She believes everyone needs an advocate and someone to listen, and chose to make her career focused on that.

This year starts my 20th year in education. I spent 11 of those years in Exceptional Children's classrooms and 8 years with district level EC Compliance. Although I am new to Student Support Coordinator, I'm not new to supporting students!

This is her first year teaching, and she is a Pender High alumni. She really enjoys building relationships with the students and helping them through their high school experience.

I am a first-year college advisor with the NC State College Advising Corps. I am a recent UNC grad with a Bachelor's in psychology. I love helping students reach their goals and get to college, and am excited for decisions to start rolling in!
