We’re happy to inform you that all Pender County Schools will resume regular operations on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The cafeteria staff deserves a big round of applause for their efficiency and hard work. It’s no small feat to get everyone fed so quickly.
Due to the current weather conditions, Pender County Schools is moving to an early release schedule. Additionally, all after-school activities have been canceled.

Ms. Hanson’s Science students compared photographs with maps and matched them correctly. They had to use evidence to prove their thinking and follow the discussion rules to talk within their groups to come up with their findings. Exploring their map cards was so fun!

We had such a great turn out for our three Grandparent's Day breakfasts this week. Today our 4th and 5th graders were able to share in the fun. #onepender
5th graders met in expert groups in ELA class to create a summary of their passage on the Nez Perce tribe.
