📚🍟 Fries for School Supplies is Back! 🍟📚
We are excited to announce that for the second year in a row, our local McDonald’s owner-operators are hosting the Fries for School Supplies fundraiser in our school district!
Last year, over $110,000 was raised for our area schools, and we’re aiming to do even more this year! 🎉
From August 26th to 30th, McDonald’s will donate 10% of sales from all a la carte Fries to help support our schools. It’s a delicious way to contribute to our community! 🙌

Cape Fear Community College is offering free haircuts this Saturday, August 24, from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Barber School located at 108 Walnut St.
No appointments needed—just walk in! All haircuts will be supervised by a licensed instructor and are first-come, first-served. Remember, students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Get ready for the new school year with a fresh look!

Potential athletes, this is a friendly reminder: We will be using StudentCentral(PlanetHS) to manage all eligibility paperwork online this year. You will not be permitted to try out if your documentation is not updated to this program. Fall sports will start Monday August 19th. Start and end times will be announced asap.
All forms can be found on the school athletics page or the Bigteams/Student Central website (PCS release , physical , calendar, concussion), including a help guide to establish your account, athletic physical paperwork, concussion form, consent to participate, release form, and also the middle school athletic calendar.
