Donations needed for the Makerspace: old fabric, toilet paper or paper towel rolls, plastic straws, paper straws, masking tape, wood that is easily cut (i.e.: balsa), wood dowels....any other random recyclable items you think could be used to build things.

5th grade classes had the Marine CSI come today to follow up on their ecosystem unit. Students learned about salt water marshes and worked in cooperative groups to build relationships among organisms.


Our guidance counselor, Mrs. Godwin, knows that school counselors are better together because they create programs such as The Peer Buddy Program which pairs outstanding fifth graders with younger students to be their buddy and role model. #NSCW22

Mrs. Burnett helps her third grade students more readily understand fractions while boosting their self- confidence by using hands on math strategies.

Mrs. McDonald's Kindergarten class celebrated National Bubble Gum day on Friday after reading the book Pop! The Invention of Bubble Gum. A few students were able to blow a bubble.
