Mrs. Buckley's 5th grade students earned “cave day” for obtaining surf points. They are enjoying their independent reading time under all the blankets! 📚

Mrs. Allen's second grade made connections this week between people, nature and animals while they learned about the Buffalo and the Great Plains.

Today is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day but we appreciate those who protect and serve every day. Our school is thankful for our SRO, Officer Wyke. He makes sure that students, teachers and staff at SCE & SCM are safe. Thank you for all you do for us in our school community.

Mrs. McGlinchey's class enjoyed reading Mooseltoe today and celebrated with mustaches. Mrs. Gray's 3rd grade class wishes everyone a happy holiday. And PreK back at it today with their car greetings and school tour. 🎄





We started with over 250 clothing items and we're down to approximately 170. Be sure to stop by the table if you're up at school today for a holiday party or tonight for the 3-5 concert. All items are being donated tomorrow.









The fifth grade AIG math students are building paper roller coasters to develop their problem-solving skills while working cooperatively in small groups. Success will be determined by the total amount of time that the marble stays on the track. The longer it takes to complete the track, the higher the score.

Our Pre-K enjoyed a morning filled with holiday crafts and a special visitor. Their event was a success with 100% parent participation. 👏🏻🎅🏽
