Kindergarten has been doing an A to Z countdown to the end of the school year. Today was N for “Next Year” day. Kindergarten students hosted some of our Pre- K students that will be in Kindergarten next school year at SCE! Here are Mrs. Monti’s students with some of Ms. Meadows’ students looking very “o-fish-al” 😉

Mrs. Monti’s kindergarten class came to visit Ms. Bohrer’s first grade classroom today! 💙 The kindergarteners had the chance to ask questions about what first grade is like, and the first grade students did such a great job sharing their experiences and giving helpful advice.

💙✨ It’s Teacher Appreciation Week! ✨💙

This week, we’re celebrating the heart, dedication, patience, creativity, and love our teachers pour into our students every single day. 🍎📚

Students and families from across our district sent in video messages to help us say one big, heartfelt THANK YOU. To make sure every school community can be celebrated together, we’ve combined the messages into one special video per school, and we’ll be sharing them throughout the week. 🎥🏫

These videos are filled with smiles, gratitude, and reminders of the incredible impact teachers make far beyond the classroom. 💛

To every teacher: thank you for showing up, lifting up, encouraging, inspiring, and believing in our students. You are appreciated more than words can say. 🌟

Due to the traffic delays on 17, the only buses leaving the SCE campus on time will be bus 288, bus 287, and bus 291 first run. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately at this time, we do not have estimated times for the other buses. Please keep an eye on the Here Comes the Bus App.

Late bus

Families, please be aware that afternoon bus routes may be delayed today due to several non-school related traffic accidents in the Highway 17 area. Some cleanup efforts are still ongoing, which may impact transportation this afternoon.

Our transportation team is monitoring the situation and will work to get students home safely and as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
