Early Dismissal Information for Cape Fear MS
Good afternoon CFMS families,
As a follow-up to the district's earlier message regarding the water line break on U.S. Highway 421 near Blueberry Road, CFMS will dismiss students early today, Tuesday, September 22.
Students will be dismissed at 12:20.
Car riders are available to pickup at this time. We will make sure to monitor all car riders until every student is picked up. Please be patient with our buses as we work to transport all our students safely.
Pender County Schools is continuing to monitor the situation and remains in communication with Pender County Utilities.
At this time, the district plans to operate schools on a normal schedule Wednesday, September 23. District staff are preparing affected buildings to operate safely under the anticipated boil water advisory.
We will communicate any additional changes that may affect our school as more information becomes available.

All afterschool activities are cancelled for today.
