Bridges, Bots & Big Builds at Cape Fear Middle! 🌉🤖
It’s been a fun week in Mr. Odom’s room here at Cape Fear Middle School!
In 6th grade Engineering, the kids are working hard on building their toothpick bridges! They are looking forward to testing them to see whose is the strongest.
In 7th grade Engineering, it is finally testing day for their balsa wood bridges! So far we have one that held 61 lbs. and another that held 59 lbs!
Last but certainly not least, we have 8th grade Robotics! They started building their first custom robots. They are working in teams and moving fast because they are excited to be able to drive them!
