Hello Warrior Families, This is Principal Garza with your weekly Warrior Update!

Suicide Prevention Assembly: Representatives from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will be coming to our school to speak to our students on April 7th, 2025. We believe this will be a great learning experience for them. This presentation is geared toward students between the ages of 11 and 15. If you do not want them to participate please complete the opt out form and return to the school before April 7th.

iReady EOY Diagnostic Testing: This week students will take their End of the Year diagnostic assessments in Reading and Math. These assessments are different than our state exams. Specifically, these tests will tell us what our students have learned so far and areas we may need to review prior to the state exams. We will send home a diagnostic report that shows your child’s progress.

School Improvement Team (SIT) Meetings: Families and community members are welcome to attend SIT meetings to help shape the future of WPMS! Meetings will be held in the P.O.W.E.R. Studio at 3:15 PM on:
