Weekly Warrior Message 04/21/2024

Principal Garza here with your weekly Warrior Message! We have a busy week ahead with several important events lined up. Our students will be participating in the Math and Reading NC Check-in Formative Assessments, which will provide valuable insights to guide your child's educational journey. Please ensure they get plenty of rest before each assessment and start their day with a nutritious breakfast to help them feel prepared and confident. All students must bring Chromebooks and chargers to campus Monday, April 22 in preparation for testing. Chromebooks and chargers will be collected tomorrow (4/22).

Tuesday, April 23rd: NC Math Check-in
Thursday, April 25th: NC Reading Check-in

We also have a special event to celebrate the hard work of our band students and the leadership of Mr. Galyean, our band director. Join us this Thursday evening for our Spring Band Concert, featuring live music and concessions. The concert will begin promptly at 6:30 PM in the WPMS gym.

Spring Band Concert As we look ahead to next school year, we're already planning transportation arrangements. Please take a moment to complete the district transportation survey included in this Sunday's message. Your input is vital for determining bus routes, pick-up and drop-off times, and student placement.
