BURGAW, NC – Pender County Schools is proud to announce that Michelle Insco, an EL Teacher at C.F. Pope Elementary and West Pender Middle, has been appointed to the prestigious NC Multilingual Learner Teacher Network Leadership Team for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.

As a member of this team, Ms. Insco will collaborate with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) ML/Title III Team and educators from various backgrounds across the state. This collaborative effort will allow her to contribute her expertise, engage in professional development, and help shape the future of education in North Carolina.
