Good evening West Pender Middle School families, this is Principal Garza with your Weekly Warrior message. This week is a 4 day week. Students will not have school this Friday, April 7th in observance of Good Friday. Additionally, Monday, April 10th is an optional teacher workday.
We are still in our Countdown to Slam the Exam. In the month of April we are in Spring Fever. We will continue our weekly attendance challenge, take our NC Check-ins, and have our first PREP Rally at our first annual Spring Fest on April 12th. At Spring Fest we will acknowledge all of our spring athletes, have a performance by the WPMS cheerleaders, parents will learn concrete strategies for the EOG, and walk away with dinner for the entire family. We will even provide child care for school-aged children so that all WPMS parents can focus on learning critical strategies to help their students be successful in preparing for the End of Grade exams.
PCS Transportation Department is preparing for the 2023-24 school year. The Transportation Department would like all parents to complete the following linked transportation form. If you require a paper copy of this form, your child can communicate with their homeroom teacher.
