
Mrs. Schmitz’s and Ms. Muffett’s classes completed an archeological dig where they discovered burial customs, gender roles, and social status of an ancient civilization.





Pender County Schools will move to remote learning on Fri., Sept. 30th due to possible severe weather associated with Hurricane Ian. Teachers will advise students on their assignments. Updates, if needed, will be on our websites, mobile app, and social media platforms #PCSPride

It's Fantastic Fins-up Friday! We hope your weekend is as cool and awesome as our Sharks are!





Mrs. Council's classes are enjoying an adding and subtracting decimal scavenger hunt. Students are solving addition and subtraction decimal problems using a scavenger hunt. They will solve a problem at one station, but they will have to move to another station to find the answer. The process continues until they are back at their first station.

Mrs. Hill’s science class had a fun time yesterday getting to check out the science lab for the first time as they learned how to use the Scientific Method to plan, build and test their “Life Boats” to see how many people (pennies) they could save! It was great to see all these young Scientists collaborate!
