A huge "Thank you!" to Four County Electric Membership Corporation for awarding TWO Bright Ideas grants to Rocky Point Elementary! Ms. Hansley-Jones was awarded $2,000 for a "Literacy Through Photography" project and Mrs. Black was awarded $1,000 that will go towards the orchestra program.
