Look at all of the new instruments in the music room at Rocky Point!
(Not pictured: 4 violins, 3 tubanos, and 10 DIY instrument kits)
Through a variety of grants and donations totaling almost $9,000, the music room acquired 50 new instruments, a class set of floor cushions, and 10 instrument kits that the 5th graders used for a STEAM project!

We at Rocky Point Elementary are overwhelmed by the generosity of our community in funding these projects and awarding us these funds. These instruments will be used by countless students for many years to come. We believe that music education is an integral part of a child’s education - that all students should know the joy of expressing themselves through music and movement.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of our donors and supporters!
