Join us for an exciting Community Event hosted by Pender County Schools! On March 13th, from 4:30 to 7:00 pm, come to Heide Trask High School for our Kindergarten Registration and Preschool Information event. We're eager to welcome families with children aged 3-5 years to meet our dedicated PCS staff, connect with community partners, and indulge in games and entertainment!
All incoming kindergarten families attending will receive a special readiness bag to support their child's transition to school. Plus, we'll have a convenient Kindergarten Registration Station to assist parents through the registration process.
To register on-site, please remember to bring each of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of residence
- Health assessment
- Immunization records
- Parent ID
Entry to the event is free, and families can delight in dinner options from various Food Trucks on-site. Don't miss out on this fun-filled opportunity to prepare your child for the exciting journey ahead!
Remember to bring acceptable Proof of Residency documents, including:
- Lease Agreement
- Mortgage Statement
- Utility Bill (gas, water, electric) within the last 30 days
- Cable or Satellite Bill
- Offer to Purchase
- Tax Bill
- Purchase & Sale Agreement
