The BETA club is currently sponsoring a canned food drive. The homeroom that brings in the most items will get a doughnut party. The last day to turn items in is November 28.
Any Beta Club student that is competing at the N.C. competition needs to return the survey they were given on Friday to Mrs. Finn or Mrs. Kolb before Thanksgiving. There is also a digital copy of the survey in the Beta Class Dojo.
Any middle school student that needs an athletic physical for 2nd semester needs to see Mrs. Mintz for the paperwork. We are offering FREE physicals at school on December 5.
On Monday, our soccer team will travel to Surf City Middle School.
On Tuesday, we are welcoming parents to come spend an hour in class with their students. Times have been shared out with families. If you have a question about your child’s time, please call the office. All class times are scheduled to coincide with lunch. If you would like to eat lunch with your child, the cost is $5.
There is no school on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday this week in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Planning Ahead: On Tuesday, November 29th, the soccer teams will play Cape Fear AT HOME. Soccer players will also have pictures made this day. Picture information was sent home Friday. On Thursday, December 1st we will play Cape Fear AT CAPE FEAR.
