Good Evening Penderlea Families. This is Ms. Fuller with your message.
This week students in grades 3-8 will take their i-ready math assessments. These are not graded and will be used to help teachers plan their instruction.
We would like to invite our families to join us for our School Improvement Meeting beginning at 3:30 pm. The meeting will be held in the media center. If you can not attend in person, we welcome you to join us virtually using the following link SIT Meeting
Car riders: Please remember to have your name tag visible at all times when coming through the line. This helps staff ensure that the students are at the correct spot when you pull up to the cones.
Early dismissal to sign students out ends at 2:20. Please remember this time if you need to sign your student out early for appointments, etc. Thank you for your help in keeping this timeline.
We are in the process of updating our signin signout system. Please begin bringing your driver license in with you as it will be used with the new system.
BETA Club students will have a meeting on August 10th right after school.
Athletics:
Cheerleading Tryouts will be held on August 9th and August 10th beginning after school until 5:00 pm. Students in grades 6-8 who are academically eligible and who have a current physical on file will be allowed to try out. Please contact Mrs. Donna Mintz if you have any questions.
UPDATE: Softball Tryouts will be held on August 15th and 17th beginning after school until 5:00 pm. Practice will begin on August 18th. August 31st: Fall Pictures Picture Information Picture Prices
September 5th: Labor Day. School is closed for students and staff.
September 16th: End of the 1st nine weeks.
September 19th-October 6th: Fall Break for students.
October 7th: Students return to school for the 2nd nine weeks.
