Good evening Penderlea Families,
Here are some important information and updates for the week of March 31st through April 4th and beyond.
As we enter the final weeks of the school year, we are asking for your crucial partnership in ensuring our students finish strong. We have two key assessment periods approaching, and your support is vital:
We are only 33 student days from EOGs (End-of-Grade Tests): Students in grades 3-8 will be taking these important assessments to measure their academic progress.
We are only 20 student days away from mClass Assessments: Students in grades Kindergarten-5th will participate in mClass assessments to evaluate reading progress.
These final days are precious learning opportunities. To maximize student success, we need your help:
Consistent Attendance: Please prioritize daily school attendance and on-time arrival.
Homework Support: Assist your child in establishing routines for completing and reviewing homework.
Reading Reinforcement: Encourage daily reading at home to strengthen literacy skills.
Teacher Communication: Maintain open communication with teachers to stay informed of your child's progress.
Supportive Environment: Create a quiet, focused study space at home.
Positive Encouragement: Celebrate your child’s effort and progress.
Your partnership is essential in helping our students achieve their full potential. Thank you for your continued dedication!
