Here are some important updates for the coming weeks:
Volunteer Opportunities-We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help support our school community! If you're interested in lending a hand in classrooms, participating on school committees, assisting with clerical tasks, or sharing your talents in another way, we'd love to hear from you! Fall Pictures-Don't forget about our fall pictures on Wednesday, August 28th. Students will not need to bring money that day. More details about purchasing pictures will be provided soon.
Grandparents Breakfast- Please save the date for our Grandparents Breakfast on September 13th. More information will be shared soon.
Name Our Mascot Fundraiser- This is the last week of our Name Our Mascot Fundraiser! The race is close, so please encourage your child to send in their coins. Remember, the top five names chosen by students are: Harlo, Sir Stings A Lot, Kachow, Stinger, and Buzzy. The name with the most coins will win! The fundraiser ends Friday, August 30th.
Middle School Football- Middle school football season starts tomorrow! 7th or 8th-grade students interested in playing should sign up on the middle school bulletin board upstairs. Practice begins Monday, August 26th after school. Athletes must have a current physical on file and will need football cleats. Please see Mrs. Lanier for any questions.
95% Attendance Incentives- We're excited to share our fun 95% attendance incentives! Please ask your child about the exciting rewards they can earn when their class achieves this goal. Families can also reach out to their teacher for more information.
