Attention Parents/Guardians of Graduates,
When planning for graduation, Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) stopped hosting graduation at our usual venue which was the Wilson Center on the Downtown CFCC campus. Topsail High School Auditorium agreed to host our graduation ceremony on the graduation date of Friday May 17, 2024 at 6:00 PM. The drawback of it being at the Topsail High School Auditorium is that we would have to issue tickets and limit the number of guests each student could have attend. On Monday, CFCC changed its rules on hosting graduation and will now allow the PECHS to use the Wilson Center, however we would have to move our date to Thursday May 16, 2024 and time to 5:00 PM. We are excited about this opportunity because tickets will not be issued as there is no limit to the number of guests a graduating student can have. Due to the change in date, I am asking for your input about which date/venue is best for students and families.
