We are off to a great start to the school year. We encourage all families to stay engaged with both the academic and extracurricular activities that our students are involved in. If you have any questions or concerns about your student’s progress, our classroom teachers and our Student Services department remain ready to assist you.
Homecoming is fast approaching on September 30th. We would like to invite our Titan alumni, supporters, and friends to tailgate with us on that evening. If you or your group would like to purchase a tailgating spot please reach out to Coach Howell by Thursday, September 22nd. Additional tailgate information will be available on our school webpage.
The Heide Trask Athletic Booster Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 13th at 6 pm, in the Media Center. Please come out and join our booster club so that we can continue to support our Titan Athletes. If your student still needs to receive their first dose of MCV4 with a booster, you’ll need to do so before September 27th. Please be reminded that North Carolina requires that all children entering 7th grade receive the first dose of MCV4 with a booster dose before entering 12th grade or by 17 years of age. If you meet this criteria or just need more information about the vaccine, you may contact Nurse Chewing or the main office.
