| Good Evening Titan Family: This Is Mr.Tony Hudson, your principal, with your weekly Heide Trask High School Update: We would like to thank our entire school community for a great first week of school. We look forward to a great semester. There will be no school on Monday, September 5th in observance of Labor Day Holiday. We welcome our students back to school on Tuesday, September 6th at 8:20am. The Heide Trask Athletic Booster Club would like for you to connect with them on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/HeideTraskAthleticBoosterClub for all updated information and athletic news. The next HTHS Athletic Booster meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 13th at 6pm in the Media Center at Trask. Please come out to see what it's all about and support your Titan Athletes. If you have any questions, please reach out to hthsathleticbooster@gmail.com. Mrs. Chewning, our school nurse, remains available for you to drop off any medications, orders, updated health assessments and/or immunization records that you may have for your student. Please be reminded that North Carolina requires that all children entering 7th grade receive the first dose of MCV4 with a booster dose before entering 12th grade or by 17 years of age. If you meet this criteria, you must have your booster dose of the Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) by September 27th, 2022. If you have questions about this, please contact the school nurse or our front office.
