The last day of school this semester is December 20th. The first day of school next semester is January 9th.

Our upcoming Title 1 night on January 12th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm is STEAM themed, meaning families will be completing activities related to science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Cape Fear Community College will also have a station to advertise the new CAP program rolling out next year in our high schools, which is similar to Pender Early College.
The second round of math and reading I-Ready assessments will start January 9th. These assessments are very important to measure student growth from our first assessment in September. Our staff and students have been working very hard and we are looking forward to the growth our students will show.
