Our PTO is hosting a Halloween dance here at CFMS on Friday, October 28th. The time of the dance will be from 3-5pm. The cost will be $5 and each student will have to return a permission slip to attend the dance.
PCS students will be asked to participate in a brief screener to assist us in uncovering and addressing the social and emotional well-being of our students. With a continued commitment to addressing social and emotional barriers to learning, we are asking that all students enrolled in our school complete the Pupil Attitudes to Self and School (PASS) survey. We will be sending home a letter describing the PASS program. If you do not wish for your child to participate in this screening process, please fill out the bottom portion of the form and return it to your child’s teacher.
All grade levels will be completing reading and math check-in testing on Wednesday, October 26th and Thursday, October 27th. 8th graders will take the science check-in on Friday the 28th. It is very important that all students charge their chromebooks and bring their charging cords to school. We want the testing environment to go as smoothly as possible and having a charged chromebook will help us accomplish this.
