Because of COVID-19 rules, many families have not completed free and reduced-price school meals applications. The free and reduced lunch information can be found here: https://family.titank12.com/.   You can find the free and reduced lunch information on our website by clicking on the menu icon and look under the families/community tab.   Free and reduced lunch information can also be found in the following two links:   Free and Reduced Lunch Letter  Free and Reduced Lunch Letter- Spanish

The next two weeks our students will be taking math and reading I-ready assessments.  These assessments will give us a starting point of our students' current reading and math levels.  This data will be helpful in differentiating our instruction and providing for the needs of all of our students.

Parents, we would like to invite you to take our Title 1 Family Survey.  The survey has been provided through class dojo communication and included in the Sunday night email.  We will also post it on our website and social media.  The results of this survey will help us better serve you and our community.

Please join us September 29th from 5:30-7:00 for our beginning of the year kickoff event.  We will have a special demonstration by our cheerleaders and our softball and football teams will be introduced.  Our teachers will have information and resources about the content they are teaching this year.  As a bonus, the homeroom with the most attendance will receive a reward.

The Pender Mobile Dental Clinic is now at CFMS.  The clinic provides routine and basic dental treatment to all interested students, parents and staff.  If you would like to take advantage of the dental services they provide, parents and staff can call the mobile number for an appointment and students can ask his/her teacher for a form.  A parent must complete the form and have your child return it to the school nurse.  Please be aware they make every effort to treat students during elective classes so they are not missing out on core class instruction.  If you have questions, please call 910-470-3250 or 910-279-3204.  The Mobile Clinic will be here until September 23rd, so please get your forms in as soon as possible.

Parents, please log into scribbles and complete the beginning of year updates.  This includes emergency contact information and any changes that need to be made.  It is very important for us to have up to date information.  You can do this by going to the Pender County Schools website, click on the menu tab, look under the Families/Community tab and click enroll.  You can follow the directions on that page to complete this process.
