We are working to gather the most accurate information regarding student bus assignments for next school year. We need ALL families to fill out the form below by May 1st, even if a bus assignment is not needed.
- If you require your student to be picked up or dropped off at a location other than the address listed in Powerschool please make sure to put that information into the form.
- Please remember, out of district students who attend CFMS by approval must provide their own transportation.
- 8th grade parents, please choose CFMS as your child's school and not the high school they will be attending next year.
