Our student attendance rate has steadily increased over the last few weeks. Our yearly goal for student attendance rate is 95%. The year to date attendance rate is 93.81% and our attendance rate for this week is 94%. This is great news. Attendance rate is directly related to school performance. Let us know how we can help if your child needs support, because we want every opportunity to teach and support your child.
Progress reports went home on Tuesday, November 14th. Please ask your child to present their progress report to you and follow up with our teachers and staff if you have any questions.
Our district is currently gathering input for a proposed Three Tier Bus Schedule. To gather valuable input from the community, Pender County Schools has launched an online survey. This proactive initiative ensures that the final decision aligns with the needs and aspirations of students and families in the district.

We want to inform you of a Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser that Cape Fear Middle School PTO is having for the next two weeks from 11/13/2023 to 11/27/2023. There will be rewards for students that sell $250 or more.
