CFE

Week of May 13th-17th

Good evening Cub family, this is Dr. Oates with your Sunday reminders and updates

We will begin EOG testing this week. Students in grades 3-5 will take the Math EOG on Tuesday, May 14th, the Reading EOG on Thursday, May 16th and 5th grade students will take the Science EOG on Tuesday, May 21st. Certain identified 3rd graders will also take the Read to Achieve Test on Tuesday, May 21st. Make-up testing will be on Wednesday, May 15th and Friday, May 17th.

Students do not need to bring a book bag or electronic devices to school during testing days. Any cell phones or smartwatches brought to school will be taken up and stored during testing.

If you did not purchase a yearbook we have extras! You will need to bring in $25 cash to Mrs. Huckaby.

Mark Your Calendar:

Our Growth Day to celebrate all the growth our students have made this year will be on Wednesday, May 22nd.

Lastly, this is a reminder that our tardy bell rings at 7:20 am each morning. If you arrive after this time you will need to drive to the front of the school and walk your student into the building to sign in and receive a tardy slip to take to class.

Please be sure to park in designated parking spots if you need to enter the school for any reason. We ask that you do not park in front of the school as this is for our buses to safely drop off students and be able to exit. This is also marked as the fire and emergecy vehicle lane. This also ensures unobstructed traffic flow when cars enter or leave the school campus, especially if there is an emergency.

This is a reminder there are no check-outs after 2:00 pm.

That is all of our announcements for the week. Have a great rest of your evening.
