BURGAW, N.C. (Dec. 10, 2024) — Don Hall was officially sworn in as a member of the Pender County Board of Education during the board's regular meeting on December 10, 2024. Hall, who represents District 3, was elected in the November election and will serve a four-year term from 2024 to 2028.

The swearing-in ceremony was led by Judge Kent Harrell. Hall, who has served on the board since 2016 and is currently the board chair, expressed his commitment to continuing the work of improving education in Pender County.

"It is a privilege to represent District 3 and to serve the students, teachers, and families of Pender County," Hall said. "As we look ahead, I remain focused on ensuring that every student in our district has access to quality education and the resources they need to succeed."

Hall’s reelection reflects the strong support he has earned from the community. He will continue to play a pivotal role in guiding the future of Pender County schools over the next four years.
