PENDER COUNTY, NC - Pender County Schools is announcing a Special Board of Education Meeting on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at the Dr. Katherine Herring Resource Center, located at 798 US-117, Burgaw, NC 28425.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider sign-on bonuses for certified exceptional children teachers and chief operations officer. A portion of this meeting will be held in closed session to consider personnel matters and preserve the attorney-client privilege.
