BURGAW, NC - As part of our commitment to providing the best support for our federally connected families, we would like to inform you about the annual federally connected survey, which is scheduled for Friday, October 27, 2023.
This survey is a crucial process in documenting students who have parents on active duty or are civilian employees on federal property. It helps us understand the specific needs of these students and ensures they receive the support they require.
Federal regulations mandate that we collect this information EVERY YEAR, even if you have already completed it in previous years. To streamline the process, we have transitioned to an online format through Scribbles, replacing the paper survey cards.
In compliance with federal guidelines, we kindly request that parents/guardians who are federally connected complete the Military Information Update form for each of your PCS students as of our survey date, October 27, 2023. Please login to your Scribbles account and complete the Military Information Update form for each of your PCS students. This will enable us to capture accurate data to submit the Impact Aid Grant. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that all submissions be made no later than Friday, November 10, 2023.
