WILMINGTON –The region’s largest school supply drive is back for the 23rd year!
Communities In Schools of Cape Fear is calling on companies and community members across the region to help us Stuff The Bus and ensure every student has the necessary supplies to shine this school year!
Mark your calendar now to visit one of six different CIS Bus Stops from August 18 to August 20. Volunteers will be out in full force talking to shoppers and collecting school supplies in buses parked at Walmart Monkey Junction, Walmart Porters Neck, Walmart Burgaw, Walmart Neighborhood Market Surf City, Harris Teeter Mayfaire, and Office Depot Oleander.
Once the school buses leave the CIS Bus Stops on August 20, all items will be divided among social workers at New Hanover and Pender County public schools to be distributed to students.
Anyone unable to visit one of our six CIS Bus Stops August 18-20 can drop into any of nearly 70 businesses, churches and community groups across the Cape Fear already hosting Stuff The Bus collection barrels.
