Regular Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6pm, Committee of the Whole meetings are scheduled for 9:30 am two weeks prior to regular Board of Education meetings. Meetings are held in the Board Room of the Dr. Katherine Herring Resource Center at 798 US-117, Burgaw, NC 28425. Meeting times and locations are subject to change. If a member of the public wishes to submit a public comment for a regular session meeting, one may leave a statement by calling 910-663-3501 no later than 5:00 PM, on the advertised date of the meeting. Statements must be limited to three (3) minutes or less. Please include in the message “Public Comment on March 19, 2024 Board Meeting.” These statements will be submitted to record at the Board Meeting. Sign up sheets for public comment will be available until five (5) minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
