Facility Use
Select Pender County school facilities are available for use by the community, including athletic fields, cafeterias, kitchens, gymnasiums, multi-purpose rooms, performing arts centers, and playgrounds.

All third-party organizations are to submit their school facility use requests by using our facility rental/MLSchedules web-based support application. All Invoices are generated after final approval. All user groups, except district groups, must furnish a certificate of insurance for general liability coverage by an insurance company licensed in the State of North Carolina with a total limit coverage of $1,000,000 for each claim made with the School Board named as an additional insured, as a condition precedent to any user agreement. Please upload your Liability Insurance Certificates within your request
