PCS high schools utilize StudentCentral to collect and manage eligibility forms electronically. A help sheet is below to assist with account creation and form completion. All forms must be completed in StudentCentral before an athlete participates in tryouts, practice, or contests. If need be, hard copies of forms may be submitted to the school athletic director once Student Central Accounts are created.
